What to Know about Fran...

Since 1994, I’ve helped families buy, sell, and invest with confidence. As a trusted Real Estate Advisor, I guide clients with clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and a calm, supportive approach. My specialties include new construction, relocation, luxury homes, probate and trust-related real estate, and investment strategies. I’m dedicated to helping people build generational wealth and passive income through real estate. Fran Lucci & Team – Serving Not Selling.

I’ve been serving the real estate needs of the Greater Charlotte area since 1995, when I relocated from the New York/New Jersey region with my family. Having lived in several places along the East Coast, I understand firsthand the emotional and logistical challenges that come with relocating. My extensive experience in real estate, supported by a strong background in sales from earlier business ventures, allows me to bring a well-rounded, client-focused approach to every transaction.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in new construction, supported clients through New Home Sales, and helped first-time home buyers, investors, relocation companies, and families moving from all over the country. These experiences have strengthened my ability to guide clients through a wide range of needs, goals, and price points.

As both a listing agent and a buyer’s agent, I represent clients purchasing or selling single-family homes, multi-plex properties, condominiums, and townhomes. I also counsel families navigating short sales, foreclosures, and complex situations—including those involving luxury homes and higher-end properties.

I pride myself on being an experienced, detail-oriented professional who maintains close communication throughout the process. By paying careful attention to every step and keeping clients continually informed, I work to prevent problems before they arise and ensure a smooth, confident experience from beginning to end. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share more about my background and the commitment I bring to the people I serve.

The Charlotte real estate market in 2026 is no longer overheated — but it’s far from slow. With affordability challenges, rising mortgage rates, and shifting inventory levels, buyers and sellers must adapt to a more strategic environment. Here are the five biggest challenges shaping the market right now — and how smart homeowners are navigating them successfully.
