According to a recent industry survey, home owners have now gotten back to investing and improving their homes.  There is a strong rebound happening right now in the remodeling sector.  In many cases home owners are seeing significant value increases with some of these project during resale, this is according to the most recent Cost VS. Value Report.

This report is generated each year by “Remodeling Magazine” along with “REALTOR Magazine”.
